A Kashmiri Food Festival ‘Wazwan’ started at Atrium restaurant of Hotel Levana. This fest will conclude on Sunday. Hotel’s executive sous chef Khem Godiyal informs, “This Kashmiri Food Fest will run during lunch and dinner time. The Kashmir’s exotic dishes are available on alacarte basis.” Chef Vijay has come all the way from Srinagar to dish out authentic dishes such as gushtaba, tabak maaz, rista, mutton kaliyan, muji gaad, mutton seekh, nadru korma etc.
