South Indian Food Festival begins at Hotel Levana

A South Indian food festival ‘Natukottai Saapudu’ is being held at the Atrium restaurant of Hotel Levana, Hazratganj. This food festival, starting from today, will go on till 15-4-2018.
Informing more about this South Indian food fest, Executive Sous Chef, Hotel Levnana Khemchand Godiyal says, “There are lots of Awadhi, Mughlai, Rajasthani, etc food fests being organised by various hotels in the city of late. But a purely South Indian food fest has been exclusively launched by us.”
Informing about the dishes one can expect in this food fest, Khemchand shares, “For starters we have snacks like Tomato rasam, Mulligatawny, Masala Wada, Appam Aviyal. South Indian famous dosas which include Dry Fuit and Mutton Keema Dosas. Also, we have in the main course Kadala Curry with Thakkali Satham, Chicken Stew with Appam, Cabbage Poriyal with Lemon Rice, Chicken Chettinad with Thakkali Satham, Ambur Biryani with Bhagare Brinjal. In the desserts we have Paruppu Paysam.”
