The musical journey of young kids that began with India choosing the best singers from different zones of the nation is all set to culminate this week amidst the presence of Bollywood celebrities, Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam. With each contestant singing their heart out, the nation consistently chose the best of the best at every stage. After fighting a tough battle of choices and bidding goodbye to a few exceptional singers, &TV’s first ever live kids singing reality show – Love Me India has reached its final leg. The stage is set, the lights are lit to welcome the 5 grand finalists to battle it out one last time this weekend this Sat – Sun, 7:30 PM onwards only on &TV.
Ahead of all his co-contestants in the race to win the most coveted Love Me India trophy was the youngest singing superstar and extremely talented North zone contestant – Anurag Verma. Mentored by the Punjabi singer, Navraj Hans, Anurag survived the intense competition and emerged as the first finalist of the season. With a healthy competitive spirit surrounding the contestants, the following weeks saw the emergence of 4 more finalists, who were successful in securing a high rank over the other contestants on the ‘dil board’. Joining the finalists league was the Guru Kiran Hegde from the south zone, Harshita Bhattarchya and Stuti Jaiswal from the east zone and Mohammed Faiz from the west zone. Fighting a parallel musical battle along with them were their captains, Anusha Mani, Bhoomi Trivedi and Abhijeet Sawant respectively.
Engaging in a competitive battle of sur and taals, each of these finalists are all set to put their best foot forward, eagerly waiting for the supermanch and India to crown them.
Talking about the show reaching its final leg, Himesh Reshammiya said, “Its surely been a long and intense journey with Love Me India for each of these contestants. At this point each one of them have emerged as winners purely because of the training and the knowledge gained so far and taking a spot in India’s Top 5. I am truly amazed at the kind of talent that I have witnessed on this show and as a judge extremely proud of the journey they have been through. I wholeheartedly congratulate each one of them and wish many such successful milestones in their life.”
Talking about her journey as a captain and expressing her joy on seeing two of her zonal contestants in the finale, East zone captain, Bhoomi Trivedi said, “Until now, I had only experienced the world of reality as a contestant, but after Love Me India, I am taking back a much more enriching experience. It feels wonderful to know that I have somewhere been a stepping stone for these extremely talented potential singers. I am truly proud of my zonal contestants, Harshita and Stuti who at such a young age have worked extremely hard to achieve what they have. I have seen them evolve over the last 3 months and I wish them the best ahead. Hearty congratulations to all the contestants and may the best singer win!”
Bringing the last battle of the season live, &TV’s Love Me India Kids will see a glamourous Grand finale with Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam take the stage this Sunday, 23rd December from 7:30 PM onwards only on &TV.
