Living up to the tradition of presenting unique reality shows, &TV is all set to launch a new kid’s live singing reality show Love Me India. The show will offer India a chance to choose its singing star right from the inception of the show. Offering its viewers total control over the voting powers, the audience gets to vote-in their favourite singers and decide who gets to share the big stage. Nurturing and supporting them all the way as judges in this competitive journey, will be three power packed judges. The Punjabi pop sensation Guru Randhawa, the soulful and elegant Neha Bhasin alongside the multi-talented singer, composer and actor, Himesh Reshammiya.
The famed punjabi singer Guru Randhawa has a discography studded with hits like Lahore, High rated gabru, Suit suit and Ban ja rani. He has composed and lent his voice to various Bollywood movies and produced number of albums. After creating magic in Bollywood and the opening ceremony of 2017 Indian Premier League, the singer is all set to take the next big step. Guru Randhawa will be appearing as a judge of reality show on national television for the very first time.
The Jag Ghoomeya girl Neha Bhasin is not a new name, she is a star born out of reality TV. Known for her Indian Pop and Bollywood music, Neha has sung and composed multiple albums in languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Marathi and Punjabi. She has been nominated for various categories and has multiple awards to her credit. Expressing her thoughts on the show, Neha says, “It’s such a pleasure to be associated with & TV as a judge. I started my career as a reality TV contestant many years ago and now to be on the other side is a very exciting time in my life and I absolutely understand how contestants feel, so I think this job would be very apt for me. I look forward to sharing this platform with two musicians that I admire, who are as passionate about music as I am. I believe the show has a unique concept that will bring out the hidden and never-ending pool of gift in our nation. It’s sure to engage as well as entertain the audience in the best way possible.”
Popular for songs like Aashiq Banaya Aapne, Tera Suroor, Hookah Bar, Chalao Na Naino Se, Tandoori Nights and many more, Himesh Reshammiya has given the music industry around 700 hits songs. On being a part of the show, Himesh shared, “Reality shows have become a core part of Indian television and it’s always a pleasure to see the immense talent that our country boasts of. It’s great to be back with &TV for Love Me India, a show that is definitely going to be extremely challenging not just for the talent, but also for the judges owing to its live format.
