In fact, the kids edition of this super-franchise, DID Li’l Masters has seen widespread success, introducing viewers to spectacular talent like Faisal Khan, Harpreet, Jeetumoni, Teriya Magar and Rajasmita Kar amongst many others, each of them having gone on to carve a niche for themselves and emerged as names to reckon in the entertainment fraternity. All set to come back with its fourth season, DID Li’l Masters promises to raise the bar in terms of both dance and entertainment by showcasing only the absolute blockbusters amongst India’s superlative, young dancing talent. Making her television debut as the show’s judge will be the gorgeous, multi-talented actor Chitrangada Singh who will guide, motivate and mentor these blockbuster kids at each stage!
Chitrangada Singh made her Bollywood acting debut in Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi winning instant critical acclaim. Soon after, the actor also made a mark in commercial cinema with Akshay Kumar-starrer Desi Boyz. Since then, there has been no looking back! With multiple films under her belt and even some chartbusting songs like Aao Raja and Kafiraana she has successfully impressed audiences with her looks, charm, acting prowess and dancing ability. Adding yet another feather to her cap, Chitrangada takes her first steps into the world of television as a judge on season four of DID Li’l Masters. She will be instrumental in helping the young dance enthusiasts grow into blockbuster performers during the course of the season. Helping the children strike a perfect balance between dance and drama, Chitrangada will serve as the perfect judge to give the contestants feedback in order to make them all round performers.
Confirming her TV debut, Chitrangada Singh said, “As an actor, dance has been a very critical part of my journey. I think of dance as a form of expression and a medium to tell stories. We’re probably the only culture that manages to beautifully integrate dance into our films and it even takes the story forward, adding its own unique flavour. This is my first time on the small screen and I am really excited to be a part of DID Li’l Masters. The scale of television and its reach is so immense that it gives me the ability to directly enter the homes of my viewers and give them a glimpse of Chitrangada, the person, and not the actor that they have been following in films. I am really looking forward to engaging with the amazing pool of talent in our country, the young children whose incredible talent promises to shape our future to build a better tomorrow!”
