Students of Lucknow had fun dancing to the beats of Jerusalema [Feat. Nomcebo] as part of the ICS Career GPS’ response to the Jerusalema Dance Challenge, which has been trending globally these past few weeks. Their youthful energy and enthusiasm added to the beauty and brightness of an already fabulous Spring day in Lucknow.

The video has crossed over 34,000 views on YouTube in just 10 days.
The choreography includes signature Jerusalema moves along with improvisations of various Indian classical dance forms. The initiative was undertaken by the Institute for Career Studies (ICS) to help students break free of the pressures created by the pandemic and engage in a fun, collaborative and creative activity in these challenging times.

“The happiness and spirit of camaraderie, across boundaries, that this video has generated has prompted us to take this challenge further. We are now inviting our member schools to respond to our Jerusalema Dance Challenge,” said noted career consultant Dr Amrita Dass, Founder-Director, ICS.
