&TV’s first ever live singing reality show for kids, Love Me India witnessed young talents from all across the country working towards winning India with their passion for music. While these young singers regaled the audience with their mellifluous voice week after week, India supported them in their journey from the base manch to the super manch of the show’s platform, showering their favourite contestants with their live votes. Following several eventful weeks and nail-biting episodes with 48 young contestants giving their best shot at showcasing their talent, the show is now nearing its finale stage where the battle for the title and the much-coveted trophy will begin in full swing.
Taking the intensity of the competition higher, the makers have decided to bring back eight wild card entries, two from each zone. This will be a second chance for the eliminated kids to showcase their talent again, win hearts and make it to the grand finale. The eight wild card entrants are Anusha Joshi and Komal Rana from the North zone, Vaishanavi Bhalerao and Pikosa Moharkar from the West, Sharanya S. and Nidhi Shenoy from the South and Tanishka and Antara Sarkar from the East Zone.
The audience and judges have already selected four finalists out of the top six who will compete in the finale. After getting high ranks on the dil board, Anurag Verma , Priyansh Nigam , Harshita Bhattacharya Guru Kiran Hegde have already made it to the red chairs. The remaining kids will now battle it out with the wild card entrants to make their place in the top six which will be a challenging and entertaining watch.
Talking about the wild card entries on the show judge Himesh Reshammiya says, “I am glad that Love Me India is giving a second chance to a chosen few and presenting them with an opportunity to prove themselves and get back in the race. India certainly saw a lot of talent in the top 48 kids, but as every show progresses eliminations are bound to happen. While a few of them have already made it to the finale, it’s going get tougher for the ones who were already in the battle. The journey from here will be intense, every contestant will have to put their best foot forward to make that final impression. May the best contestant win and I hope India continues supporting these little rockstars.”
