The award winning, veteran actress Jaya Prada who was last seen in Atanu Bose’s Bengali film Atmajaa, is now all set to make her debut on mainstream television with &TV’s fiction Perfect Pati. She will play the pivotal role of the lead actor’s mother that is integral to how the story evolves. Her character, Rajyashree Rathod, is a woman with many shades to her character. She’s an expressive, confident and righteous modern woman with strength of character, who shows her mettle when she has to choose between what’s right and what’s wrong. At the same time, she is gentle, open minded and judicious in her decisions. She is a dynamic lady who juggles through many things be it assisting her son with their family business, running her household or overseeing her NGO work.
