Zee TV’s popular fiction show, Ishq Subhan Allah has been capturing the audiences’ heart with its intriguing storyline and the sizzling chemistry between its lead protagonists Zara and Kabeer. Zara (Eisha Singh) and Kabeer (Adnan Khan) have major differences and their marriage is heading towards a Triple Talaaq. On the other hand, Zeenat (Monica Khanna) who plays the antagonist in the show is seen taking advantage of this entire situation and is trying her best to malign Zara’s reputation in front of Kabeer. Ironically, while Zeenat has a lot of animosity and axes to grind with her on-screen family, Monica Khanna who plays the character is extremely fond of them off-screen.

Monica shares how her co-stars are an enthusiastic bunch of people and they spend a lot of time together having fun on the sets. “Whenever we are not shooting, we have a lot of fun on sets. We have a great mix of people; while Ayesha ammi (Gunn Kansara) is extremely funny and adds positivity to the entire atmosphere, Abbu (Vinay Jain) is our Buddhism guru. We all are big Bollywood buffs and dumb charades is our favorite pastime. We all are so filmy that everyone fondly addresses me as Madhuri Dixit on the sets because I consider her to be my idol and keep imitating her all the time. In fact, I love it when they call me Madhuri. It just brings out the star struck fan in me.”

Well, we hope that Monica’s fans get to the Madhuri Dixit avatar of Zeenat on screen as well.
