&TV’s comedy offering Meri Hanikarak Biwi, showcases the struggles of a man unable to produce an heir in a very comic way. The show delves into the many societal pressures associated with producing an heir and its effects on a man. The makers of the show have left no stone unturned to keep the attention of its viewers intact. To spice up the story line further, they have decided to rope in the suave actor Ashish Kapoor, who will be seen playing the character of Dr. Rajat Sarin. Ashish comes with a strong and diverse work portfolio having played multiple interesting and prominent characters in the past along with participating in reality shows. He was seen also in &TV’s show Waaris. The entry comes during an integral part of the show where Rajat comes in to perform a vasectomy reversal surgery on Akhilesh (Karan Suchak).

Telly Award nominee, Ashish, plays a character of Rajat who is an extremely rich, arrogant personality, believing in getting what he likes.
