Things will get hotter for Farnaz Shetty on the sets of &TV’s SiddhiVinayak! For an upcoming episode, the actress will be seen fighting her fear of fire in real life while shooting an interesting sequence. While Farnaz courageously managed to complete the stunt, here’s how she was put through the test. 

In the upcoming episode of SiddhiVinayak, Riddhi will be seen busy cooking in the kitchen while engrossed in thoughts of Vin aka Vinayak. Unknowingly, her dupatta catches fire and Riddhi is caught in a flashback of the erstwhile Siddhi stuck in a cottage encircled by fire and is petrified with the scene. But luckily, Vinayak in a heroic move swings into action and puts off the fire in the nick of time. 

While talking about the sequence Farnaz Shetty (Riddhi) said, “When I was informed that we are doing a fire sequence, I was really scared as its unpredictable and as they say never play with fire. The fact that it can spread in no time has always got me nervous.  Moreover, the dupatta was of Nylon cloth dipped in kerosene and I had to hold it in my hand which added up to my woes. But the crew took all the necessary safety precautions and had carefully planned it with all checks done. While filming the scene, when the cloth caught fire, I got so scared that I just threw it but the team didn’t cut the scene and I continued with my reaction for a minute or so.  I am so glad that it turned out well as some reactions just came naturally.” 

Way to go Farnaz for being such a daredevil!!
