Zee TV’s dance reality show Dance India Dance 6 has been enthralling the audience week on week with some spellbinding and mesmerizing performances. This week, the show will feature the cast of ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, Salman Khan, and Katrina Kaif as they promote their film and cheer the contestants to put their best foot forward.
Having visited the DID sets multiple times in the past, Salman Khan had a great time connecting with the contestants and interacting with the judges along with Grandmaster Mithun Da. And, Katrina Kaif, too, joined in to partake in the fun! While on the show, Salman spoke about his fondness towards Mithun Da even elaborating that he truly loves the Grand master’s energy every time he visits the sets of Dance India Dance.
While speaking about reuniting with Mithun Da for yet another season of the show, Salman was overheard revealing that in the film industry, everyone uses a term known as ‘Chakraborty shot’. In fact, a little-known fact is that Mithun da is the reason this term came into being in the first place. Salman Khan revealed that during Mithun da’s struggle period, he used to do 4 shifts in a single day. He also shared how Mithun Da would hop from one set to another to complete his shoot. Mithun Da was seen chuckling as Salman Khan said how every newcomer in the industry is taught about this term and the shot to understand how intense their workload could potentially get!
To witness more such beautiful moments, tune in to watch Dance India Dance Season 6 every Saturday and Sunday at 9 PM, only on Zee TV
