The card for this week is ‘LAUGHTER’!
The card meaning – “Every cloud not only has a silver lining, but it also has a humorous side. Try to objectively stand back from your situations and find a humorous twist. Laughter will help you see your life from a new perspective so that you can receive creative insights and solutions.”
The first thing that came to my mind after pulling this card was the age old quotation “Laughter is the best medicine” and it truly is as laughter not only raises our vibration but helps us to become happier making us forget our fears, our anger, or any negativity. Moreover the energy within laughter is good for our soul as it helps to lift burdens or problems that cling to us and won’t let go. We begin to feel a little upliftment as the laughter ripples through us and gives us moments of release from everyday problems because when we laugh our stress decreases and we release endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals.
Thus what this card and fairies are trying to tell us this week is that we all must try to find ways to make the best of any bad situations and not to take life too seriously. They are not asking us to neglect our responsibilities or defend our emotions or adverse life situations with jokes, but instead they are asking us to see humor that runs through the thread of life. As laughter helps us to stand back and see ourselves and our situations more objectively.
We all have our own life experiences that are less than what we must have hoped for, but we must remember life responds to us, to our vibration. So this week perhaps a new perspective is in order. Perhaps it is time to stop dwelling on how bad things are and take time out to laugh, to relax by put on a funny movie, share funny silly jokes with friends, play with children or pets, do whatever it takes to turn our moods from negativity and fear to that of gratitude and joy. As life is meant to be joyful and filled with love free of all inhibitions.
