CHOCOLATE SANDESH MOUSSE
Ingredients Quantity unit
Sandesh 500 Gms
Cream 150 Gms
Dark Chocolate 150 Gms
White Chocolate 50 Gms
Method
- Boil Dark Chocolate through double boil method
- Add this boiled Dark Chocolate with boiled Cream
- Mix half of the obtained mixture with Sandesh
- Put the above combination of Sandesh and mixture in to Piping bag
- And transfer it in to a ‘A One’ glass
- Put the remaining half mixture in another Piping bag
- Create another layer in ‘A One’ glass
- Garnish it with melted White Chocolate
