Valentine’s Day special pastry ‘Tart Linzer’

Master Chef Omkar Sen makes the Valentine season more sweet with a special pastry recipe ‘Tart Linzer’
Ingredients:

Butter- 1250 gms
B/F Sugar- 1250 gms
Egg – 19 no
Egg Yolk-  6 no
Sponge Crums – 1350 gms
Almond pow – 1 1/2kg
Cinnamon pow – 15 gms
Maida – 500 gms
Strawberry Com-pot – 500 gms

Method
Mix Butter and Sugar properly,

Then add Egg & Egg yolk slowly in the mixture,

Properly mix it and add all dry ingredience and mix it,

Properly set the mixture in a tray,

Spred Strawbery Compot in the mixture,

Take some mixture in a piping bag,

Piping ruffly top of stawbery compot,

Bake it at 180’C for 30 minutes,

Take it out fromthe oven and spray sugar syrup in the mixture,

Then cut it in desired shape and serve it.
