Master Chef Omkar Sen tickles your taste buds with an amazing Summer special Mango recipe Mango Chilli Fudge Chocolate
Ingredients Quantity unit
Liquid Glucose 100 gms
Cream 100 gms
Sugar 100 gms
Butter 25 gms
Mango compound 90 gms
Chilli powder a pinch
Method
Take a fry pan
Take liquid glucose, cream, sugar and butter
Boil it properly till the time it gets sticky
Put it off the burner
Then add mango compound and chilli powder
Mix it properly and set it in a tray
Put the tray in the refrigerator
Take the tray out after 30 mins
Cut the Mango Chilli Fudge Chocolate in small diamond shape
Garnish it with fresh sliced mangoes
