Master Chef Omkar Sen tickles your taste buds with an amazing Summer special mango recipe Mango Basbousa

Egg 1 No
Breakfast Sugar 200 Gms
Melted Butter 200 Gms
Yogurt 750 Gms
Semolina 500 Gms
Baking Powder 4 Gms
Baking Soda 2 Gms
Mango Compound 100 Gms
Fresh Mango 800 Gms
Sugar syrup 500 Gms

Take one bowl and mix egg and breakfast sugar properly
Then add melted butter slowly in the mixture
Add yogurt in the mixture then
Then add melted Mango compound in to the mixture
Then mix it properly and add all dry ingredients
Bake it at 180’C for about 30-35 minutes
Then remove it from the oven and cut it in desired shape
Add sugar syrup in the tray
Then caramalize it at 210’c for 3-5 minutes
Spread fresh mango on top and serve it
