Special mocktail for summer: Energizing Beetroot Pomegranate Juice

A mocktail ‘Energizing Beetroot Pomegranate Juice’ by Mixologist of Hotel Hyatt Andaz Devesh Tiwari, specially prepared for summer.

Ingredients                                                              Quantity

Beetroot juice                                                               10ml

Lime juice                                                                       15 ml

Pomegranate juice                                                      30 ml

Pomegranate seeds                                                     7-8

Mint leaves                                                                     Few

Chaat masala                                                                 A pinch

Tonic water                                                                  

Take a Collins glass, add beetroot juice, some lime juice and pomegranate juice.

Put some pomegranate seeds into it and muddle it gently.

Now add chaat masala into it along with crushed ice filled with half of the glass and stir it well.

Now top it up with tonic water.

Garnish with lemon chunk and mint leaf and crushed pepper on top.

It’s a healthy as well as tasty drink specially in summer.
