She has been in the realm of modelling for 4 successful years now and it wasn’t an overnight journey as she too had lots of ups and downs like all of us do. What is it that changed her as a person in a positive way? She remembers growing up as an insecure kid! Coming from a middle-class family it wasn’t a cake walk for her. But it was her friends who literally pushed her and praised her for all her little achievements. And she lived them all. Modelling surely is the greatest gift she has given to herself! There were times in life when all she wanted was to give up & give in, but she has learned to stand back no matter how difficult the situations are. In her opinion she came back even stronger than ever before during her struggles. Some of the worst moments in her life have given her a new great beginning.

Fashion for her is a very complicated yet very interesting seven letter word . She believes that one should break out of their shell to find and explore the best and most unique ways in which one can upgrade their style of living. For her, fashion is being free and unstoppable. Bloggers/influencers and models are the new inspiration.They are basically normal people who become popular for their efforts in letting people know about their interest and talents.

When more than half of the world spend most of their time on their mobile phones and laptops, the only way to teach , inspire and preach something is through social media . She also presume that “If your content is genuine and you incorporate your personality into it, there’s no stopping.”

Her experience through this journey hasn’t been satisfying enough ! It’s been a constant cycle of selection and rejection, a lot of things count other than just your good physique , fair skin . It’s the Charm , inner beauty , articulation , being presentable and intellect are attributes which separates the grain from the chaff in the world of glamour!!
And the next time you see a 13-year-old girl gazing wistfully at a blemish-free, shiny-haired Bollywood actress on a magazine cover, bust the myth of flawlessness for her. Tell her how beautiful she is. Praise her smile or her laugh or her mind or her gait. Don’t let her grow up believing that she’s flawed or that there’s anything she’s lacking for looking different from a woman on a billboard.

Her message to young aspiring Lucknow models is that you owe yourself to become everything you’ve ever dreamt of . You don’t reach by just talking about it , you have to work towards it and it’s only you who can do it for yourself . This field teaches you the importance of time, beauty, self care, being confident in your own skin, respecting everyone’s flaws and being a source of inspiration to all. Modelling is definitely a challenging career, only if you have the right attitude and passion for it . The days that break you are the days that make you” She concludes.
