To celebrate the traditional harvest festival of Punjab, Radisson Lucknow City Center invites the foodies of the city to experience the fervor and vibrant colors of the lip-smacking Punjabi food in a ‘Punjabi Food Festival’ from 16 Feb 2018 to 25 Feb 2018. It’s a complete Punjabi experience. On this occasion, Executive Chef Radisson Lucknow City Center Manvinder Singh, Chef Shabir Ali, Chef Kapil Kumar,  Kamal Chhabra (Food and Beverage Manager, Hotel Radisson Lucknow City Center) and General Manager RP Singh were present.

With an aim to create the most authentic Punjabi menu for the occasion, Executive Chef Radisson Lucknow City Center Manvinder Singh with his team discovered culinary secrets of the region and drew inspiration from the traditional eateries and their most relished dishes. On this occasion he said Punjab has always been identified as a land of gaiety and merrymaking, where festivals are celebrated with much exuberance and fanfare. Taking inspiration from there expedition, Chefs has created a scrumptious menu which includes specially-crafted delicious non-vegetarian dishes like like Kadhi Chawal, Pindi Chholey, Naabhey wala nukkad, Rara meat /paratha and many more authentic delicious Dinner buffet spread Tandoori champey, Peshawari Machchi, Paneer Makhan, Aloo Wadiyan, Motia Pulao, Gajrela, Til Gajak and much more to give the foodies an ultimate gastronomic pleasure.

The carefully crafted menu comprises traditional spice laced food, succulently created from fresh ingredients keeping in mind a healthy nutritional balance and preserving the wholesome goodness. This would be a delicious experience for the food lovers of the city as they could eat the varieties of traditional Punjabi dishes each day.
