Kuduk chicken opens its third outlet at Hussain ganj recently and is about to open the forth one next week on this valentine at Purania Crossing, Aliganj. Speaking with Page3Star the brand owner Rizvi spoke in length about the preparation, recipe and how he maintains the quality of the food. 

Intensive travel around the country with different ingredients and spices from different corners as Hydrabad, Keral Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh etc to name few across the country, gave them the special recipe, that took around 3-4 years to get developed. 

To add flavours to it some special ‘Jadi-booti’ were also introduced. No With no the use Frozen chicken and getting small sized chicken in order to keep it soft, with supply of the same three times a day to make sure they are prepared fresh. 

Self made breading powder and marination powder adds more tastes to it.
