Speaking to Page3Star exclusively, Executive Chef, Hotel Levana, Khemchand Godiyal shared the relaunched new menu. “See, we have introduced Mediterranean, Greek and Lebanese food in our new menu, which is a rarity in the city. Some of the exotic dishes that we have introduced in our relaunched menu include Chicken Sambousek, Lamb Fatayer, Jooja Shawarma, Iranian Shawarma, Paneer Taras Keeba, Malai Vegetable, Malaysian Curry, Japanese Curry to name just a few.”
