Hotel Levana recently introduced around 70 new dishes in its menu. The guests will now have a variety of soups, starters, main course dishes and desserts
“We have introduced Indian contemporary cuisine (giving twist to Indian food-a fusion), Italian cuisine, continental cuisine, oriental cuisine, Chinese, Thai and Burmese,” informed Khemchand Godiyal, Executive Chef, Hotel Levana.
The starters include chicken skewers, parcel, black lobsters and tea flavor grilled chicken is a specialty. In the Desserts, there’s tiramisu, brownies and Indian sweets.
