Master Chef Omkar Sen tickles your taste buds with an amazing New Year special Almond Yeast Cake

Flour                                    1                Kg                                                                          

Yeast                                    80             Gms                                      

Soft Butter                           250          Gms                                      

Sugar                                     125          Gms                                                                                      

Water                                  200           Gms                                                                                                                      

Salt                                        15             Gms                                                                      

Milk                                      150           Gms                                                                      

Egg                                          2               No.                                                                        

Lemon Zest                            2             Gms

Amul Cream                          150         Gms

Almond Flacks                     250         Gms      

Soft Butter                             200        Gms

Baking powder                     20           Gms

Almond cream                     200         Gms

Breakfast Sugar                    100        Gms

Cream Cheese                     200         Gms


Take Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, & Lemon Zest,                                                                                                         

Mix it well and add water, milk, egg, and then mix it slowly,                                                                                                    

Then add soft butter slowly in the mixture, mix the dough properly,                                                                      

Rest the dough on the table for 15 minutes,

Then set dough in a trey and proff it for 30 minutes,                                                                                                       

Then remove it in the proffing Chamber,                                                                                                             

Then spread Cream in the dough,                                                                                                              

Take 2 piping bag, 1 Almond cream and 1 Soft Butter,                                                                                                    

Piping almond cream and soft butter in the dough,                                                                                                         

Then spread almond flakes and breakfast sugar on the dough,                                                                                 

Bake it at 180’C,                                                                                                               

Cut it and serve the cake.
