‘Culinary Academy’ was inaugurated by renowned Celebrity Chef Rakesh Sethi at the Hotel Radisson Lucknow City Center located in the Restaurant ‘Caprice’. On this occasion, Executive Chef Radisson Lucknow City Center Manvinder Singh, Chef Shabir Ali, Chef Kapil Kumar, Kamal Chhabra (Food and Beverage Manager, Hotel Radisson Lucknow City Center) and General Manager RP Singh were present.
Kamal Chhabra (Food and Beverage Manager, Hotel Radisson Lucknow City Center) said, “A very first year long Culinary Academy is here specialized in a variety of Indian cuisines with help from our expert team, led by Celebrity Chef Rakesh Sethi and supported by Chef Manvinder Singh, Chef Shabir Ali and Chef Kapil Kumar.” Chhabra added, “This Culinary Academy is a year long activity with two cooking sessions per month featuring cuisines from different regions. It will be launched from the Kashmiri Food Festival in January, Punjabi Food Festival in February, Uttar Pradesh cuisines in March, Rajasthan in May, Gujarat in June, Maharashtra in July, August in West Bengal, September in Andhra Pradesh, Goa in October, Tamilnadu in November and Kerala in December. Each participant is entitled to attend two cooking sessions in a month in which they can enjoy a complementary buffet showcasing the featured cuisines and Monthly Package starting Rs. 2000, Quarterly package Rs. 5000 and Yearly package is Rs. 18000. This academy is the best way to get familiar with different types of India Cuisine and Culture, Our chefs have created a menu that is a true feast for all the five senses.
